By using SuppsStack you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What SuppsStack Is

SuppsStack is an informational resource and community about dietary supplements. It is not a medical service, does not sell supplements, and does not provide medical advice. Our Disclaimer is part of these terms.

2. Your Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • One account per person; usernames are first-come, first-served.

3. Your Content

You own the content you post (forum posts, comments, stacks). By posting, you grant SuppsStack a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute that content on the site, and to include it in aggregated, anonymized statistics. You can delete your content at any time; deleted content is removed from display.

Community content is provided by its authors, not by SuppsStack. We do not pre-review posts and are not responsible for their accuracy or safety.

4. Rules of Conduct

The Forum Rules are part of these terms. In particular, you agree not to:

  • Present medical advice as fact, or claim professional credentials you do not hold
  • Post spam, affiliate links, or undisclosed promotional content
  • Discuss sourcing of prescription drugs or controlled substances
  • Harass other members, impersonate others, or post others' private information
  • Attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to the service

5. Moderation and Termination

We may remove content, lock threads, or suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion. Moderator decisions are final. You may delete your account at any time.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuppsStack and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content — including decisions you make about supplements.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
