Frequently Asked Questions

Is SuppsStack free?

Yes. Browsing, accounts, stacks, and forums are all free. The site is supported by clearly labeled, non-intrusive ads.

Do you sell supplements or take affiliate commissions?

No. SuppsStack is brand-neutral: we don’t sell products, don’t use affiliate links, and don’t accept payment for rankings or placement.

Where does the supplement information come from?

Each page is compiled from published research and established medical references, with links to Wikipedia, PubMed, WebMD, and Mayo Clinic/NHS so you can verify everything yourself. Links are checked automatically every week.

What is a "stack"?

Your personal set of supplements — what you take, at what dose, and when. You can keep your stack private or share it publicly for others to see and discuss.

Do I need an account to read the site?

No. Supplement pages, public stacks, and forums are readable by anyone. An account (free) lets you post, vote, and build your own stack.

Can I trust the advice in the forums?

Forum posts are member experiences, not medical advice. They’re a great way to see how others use supplements, but always confirm decisions with a qualified healthcare provider.

How do you handle my data?

We don’t sell personal data, run mailing lists, or build ad profiles. See the Privacy Policy for details.

I found an error or a broken link — what should I do?

Email contact@suppsstack.com or post in the SuppsStack General forum. Corrections are welcome and appreciated.
